Delivery

Stock permitting, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days upon receipt of payment, Monday-Friday. Please get in touch on [email protected] in case your order is urgent and you like to arrange an express delivery. Our standard delivery cost are:

• Within UK (1-2 working days) – £3.50
• Within Europe (3-5) working days) – £5.00
• Rest of the World (3-5 working days) – £ 12.00

We offer free delivery within the UK and Europe when you spend £100 or more and free delivery worldwide when you spend more than £150.

Return & Exchange:

You may return or exchange any product bought on our website, in case you are not happy with the item purchased. Please note that sale items can only be exchanged for another size if available. Hair Accessories and similar items are not exchangeable or returnable due to hygiene reasons.

You must return items within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be fully paid by the customer.
